Friday Morning Beach/Tough Mudder Training

I just love it when workouts feel like play. My boyfriend and I have been trying to ramp up our training for our Tough Mudder event in August, and since the weather was superb today, we decided to take our workout outdoors instead of going to the gym.

Today’s 7am beach/tough mudder training included: interval runs, rock hopping, balance beam walks, bench jumping, monkey bar crossing, & pull ups.
