Stell’s Super Spinach Pear Banana smoothie

A delicious smoothie that’s high in antioxidents, vitamins, and fiber. The addition of cinnamon helps slow the absorption of glucose while the MCT fats in coconut oil help burn fat, therefore helping to prevent the body from storing fat.

1 cup spinach
1 asian pear
1 banana
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp coconut oil
1 cup water
