We all know that kettlebell training is an incredible way to get fit, work the entire body, and build functional strength that carries over well to everyday life. You work the entire body in a greater range of motion, and with the off-centred weight of a kettlebell, you’re forced to use more core and stabilizer muscles. Being at one with the kettlebell is one thing, becoming the kettlebell is another. This adds a whole new dimension of strength work and requires great stability on the part of the lifter and is exactly what John Wild Buckley of the IKFF and Orange Kettlebell Club possesses. This man can lift and press people overhead in an effortless feat of strength whenever and wherever you least expect. Below is a video of John Wild Buckley demonstrating some incredible super human strength as he presses Japanese bodybuilder, Tomoko Kanda, 3 kettlebell gold medalists including myself, Londin Winters, and Donna Sheridan overhead in front of the Mongolian Grill Restaurant during the 2010 Arnold Sports Festival weekend. It’s not everyday that a girl can say that a man lifted her off her feet and pressed her overhead. That was incredible and needless to say, I was very im-pressed!
